- 1000LM & 3CCT LED Light -bright 1000lm LED light will light your whole bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan with light has 3 adjustable color temperatures (3000K Warm White/4000K Natural White/5000K Cool White), NOTE: To change color temperatures, turn the wall switch off then back on again within 3 seconds. It is recommened to use two switches to control the light and fan separately.
- Two installation options: 1. For New Construction: Attach the fan housing and mount it to the ceiling joists, if spacing is under 12in. ( if spacing is between16 in.- 24 in, It can using suspension brackets.) 2. For Existing Construction : With No attic access installation and replaces most existing bathroom fans. it can be done entirely from the room-ceiling side – no attic access needed installation.
- Galvanized steel Housing resists corrosion and low profile white grill cover. Housing size: 9in x 8.5in x 6in with 4in duct. ceiling mounting Opening: 9.25in x 8.9in. Efficient and quiet,excellent motor perfomance, working at least 25000 hours.
- Energy Star qualified, UL and HVI certified for performance assurance.Acceptable for use over a bathtub or shower when installed in a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
